HRF Funds Three African Bitcoin Projects in Latest Grant Round, Bringing Cumulative Total to $12.2 Million Across 383 Projects
The Human Rights Foundation has announced its second Bitcoin Development Fund round of 2026, distributing over 500 million satoshis across 16 projects worldwide. Three of the grantees are building directly in Africa, connecting mobile money to Bitcoin across Nigeria, Kenya, Cameroon, Uganda, Ghana, and Zambia.
