Bitcoin Campus Zambia Hosts Second Trezor Academy Workshop in Lusaka, Empowering Students with Bitcoin Education and Self-Custody
Bitcoin Campus Zambia, a student-led community focused on educating and empowering peers to save, earn, and spend Bitcoin, successfully completed its second Trezor Academy Workshop of 2026.
The three-day event, held from 29 to 31 July 2026 at Cairo House in Lusaka. Introduced a new cohort of students to Bitcoin fundamentals, self-custody, and financial sovereignty.
The workshop builds on the success of the group’s first session earlier in the year. Organized in partnership with Trezor Academy. It aimed to equip young Zambians with practical knowledge of Bitcoin as a tool for economic empowerment and the development of a circular campus economy.

Bitcoin Campus Zambia describes itself as a student-driven initiative dedicated to Bitcoin education. The July 2026 workshop centered on core topics including the history and types of money.
