Bitcoin Road Trip

Bitcoin Ekasi is taking 20 travellers on a Bitcoin road trip along South Africa’s Garden Route from 28 February to 5 March 2027. The organisers announced the group limit on X, saying the small group format lets participants connect with the projects, communities and people they visit.

The group travels in one bus for six days, from Cape Town to Mossel Bay and on to Bitcoin Ubuntu, Bitcoin Ekasi, Bitcoin Plett, Bitcoin Sedgefield, Bitcoin Karoo and Bitcoin Witsand, as listed on the official road trip page. The programme also includes a surf lesson, a lighthouse visit and a wine tasting.
